Jordan X. Chandler

Jordan is a senior at George Mason University majoring in Computer Game Design. From a very early age, Jordan's passion for creating games started with him creating detailed board games and transitioned to video games.


Jordan's journey took a unique turn when he was diagnosed with autism. Video games not only became a source of joy but a remarkable tool for his learning and development.


Driven by this connection, Jordan's ultimate goal is to one day create a multi-level educational adventure game specifically designed to support children with special needs on their educational journey.

Projects

Collaborated with a team to develop a 2D shooter game, assuming full responsibility for all programming aspects using Construct 3.


Collaborated with a team to develop a 2D platformer/shooter game, contributed to the programming of character movements using Unity, and sound effects for boss attacks.


Collaborating with a team to develop a 2D platforming game to complete required university senior capstone project, assuming programming responsibility using Unity.

 

Independently developed a 3D sandbox adventure game consisting of four levels, using Unreal Engine 4 for the project. Responsible for all aspects of the game development process, including gameplay design, level design, programming, and asset integration. Implemented puzzles into two of the levels.


Independently developing a 2D shooter game using Unreal Engine 4, responsible for all aspects of the game development process.
